Just realised there were old files still left over from UI mods. What if we don't HAVE an "Interface" folder? Yeah same problem, no interface folder, .ini file is just as it should be, the mods aren't manually installed but I checked the meshes folder and many of the subfolders and they all have the .nif files in them. Some mods .ba2 texture files cant be extracted fully, and thats why Im partially missing textures. The mods works unmerged with the ba2s just fine. Only if I merge, this problem crops up! Thanks!
